‘Sip and Dip’ at The Chelsea Assisted Living in East Brunswick

I had a good time tonight meeting colleagues at the ‘sip and dip’ get together at The Chelsea Assisted Living in East Brunwick, NJ.

We were invited to come down for a discussion on collaborating for the benefit of residents who need to transition from an assisted living to a skilled nursing environment.

I wound up becoming the impromptu speaker to educate and empower their management on how residents will typically evolve, both clinically and financially and how Regency makes this a seamless process.

I also met the social workers from Care-One, East Brunswick, who made the long trek over from across the street!

We already have a great relationship with Care-One and I have worked with their social workers on patient transfers, so it was great to see them again at the event.

We captured  this photo of al of us together (Chelsea Directors and Management and the Care-One social workers)!
