Last week I paid a visit to a patient who is currently receiving in-patient subacute rehabilitation at the Rolling Hills Care Center, in Lebanon, NJ.
The reason I was there, was to screen this patient for possible long term admission to our World Class facility, Regency Heritage Post-acute Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center, in Somerset, NJ.
Rolling Hills Care Center, is a small, for-profit, nursing home with 67 beds based at 16 Cratetown Road in Lebanon, NJ.
