I’d like to share a cute anecdotal tidbit with you.

Invariably, I’ll be speaking to a local family about sending a loved one to our facility. I’ll mention our general location, including a few iconic restaurants and dealerships in the immediate area. I try to give them a sense of direction hoping they will recognize our stately and majestic building on highway 35, having undoubtedly driven by countless times.

Almost always, I will trigger a flash of inspiration and they will exclaim, “you mean that beautiful red brick building on the corner?”

My response:

(heck) “Yes, THAT beautiful red brick building on the corner!”
