Respecting Patients at Regency Nursing Centers

A competitor was telling me the other day that he has a “minor issue” with his employees (CNA’s) chatting on their cellphones during their shifts and in full view of the patients and residents.

Minor issue?!

Are you kidding me!

There isn’t any greater disrespect to the patient, than to engage in such behavior.

At Regency Nursing Centers, we are PASSIONATE about this issue and our employees NEVER engage in such things at any of our facilities.
