Regency Nursing To Host 2014 Centenarian Events!!

Regency Centers are the proud Official Guinness World Book of Records holder for “Largest Gathering of Centenarians”. On May 19, 2013, forty centenarians were gathered together at Regency Jewish Heritage, in Somerset as part of the record breaking feat.

We are dedicated and committed to continue to honor and celebrate the seniors in our communities.

This year we will be hosting our second annual “Centenarian Luncheon” in collaboration with both Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services and Monmouth County Office on Aging and Disability Services, in honor of Older Americans Month. The centenarians must reside in their respective county. They must be turning 100 or already 100 or more in 2014.

Freeholders and officials will be present to award special certificates for their county, a delicious sit down luncheon will be served, live entertainment, a special cake, gifts and wonderful new memories for those “celebrities” and their families.

Regency Park, 3325 Highway 35, Hazlet, will be hosting for Monmouth County centenarians and their families, on Wednesday, May 7th at Noon.

Regency Jewish Heritage, 380 DeMott, Lane, Somerset, will be hosting the luncheon on Wednesday, May 21st at Noon.

We are proud and grateful to continue this wonderful homage to those who have contributed to their communities for a century and more.
