I have always been proud of our ability to provide exceptional customer service and care. These are two hallmarks that make Regency truly special and are areas where we really shine.
Our focus on customer satisfaction is why select staff received special training provided by Disney, which ultimately resulted in all staff becoming certified by the I Care Network. This program is based on three “I principles” – Initiate, Interact and Inspire.

I was recently asked what inspires me. There are so many things that it’s hard to list them all! One thing I know for sure is that I draw inspiration from the staff at each of the buildings. You all work hard every day to embody the Regency philosophies of I Care and “Where Caring Comes to Life!” Your work your love and your care are seen every day by me, the residents and their families. I know this for a fact because in a recent satisfaction survey, 100% of families rated both the overall quality of care, as well as the overall facility operations as “Excellent/Good”….now that’s inspiring!
We were also honored to host one of the truly most inspiring events – the (world record) gathering of Centenarians. To have 40 people over the age of 100 and their families in one room was remarkable. The wisdom, history and love felt in the room, touched the hearts of all that attended and made for a really memorable experience.
I’d like to express my personal appreciation for the dedication to the I Care program by each and every member of the Regency family. I know you will continue to live up to the Regency gold standard of going above and beyond in providing care.
