Benny just dropped by to say hello.
I asked his handler if he’d allow me to change Benny’s name to ‘Deficiency Free’ as an ode to our stellar State Survey. Lord knows Benny is here enough and certainly he seems affable and amenable to a name change.
In fact, it would be an honorary title and I would Knight him as such, with pomp and circumstance.
They will consider.
I captured this photo of Benny and Doris.

I was on our facility pages on SeniorAdvisor.com this morning and was excited to see how they post their 2016 Award WINNER Decal on the individual facility pages for all of the winners!
This decal adds another layer of confidence and prestige to ALL of their 2016 awardees for a recognition well earned and well deserved.
Take a look at what the decal looks like on our facility webpage!

I’m constantly multitasking and cannot stand the prospect of holding a phone handset to my face and hijacking the use of one hand while trying to conduct business with the other. It simply doesn’t work for me.
Also, my temperament in conducting our business tends to be intense and passionate. I’ve got the “goods to sell” because we are the best Healthcare providers in the business and I’d positively SHOUT that from the rooftops given the opportunity.
Thus, when I actually speak to families on the phone, I get excited and passionate and tend to pace my office like a caged tiger. I couldn’t do this, but for the fact that I use a wireless headset.
There’s many a photo of me wearing my headset around the building and it is sometimes a funny conversation piece.

I was therefore intrigued by this news snippet published earlier today on McKnight’s:
“Headset and audio company Sennheiser has created noise cancellation headsets geared towards those who need data confidentiality, such as in a healthcare environment.
Customer information should not be overheard as background conversation, which can be a consequence of a low-end headset, the company said. Sub-par audio quality also can lead to asking personal information to be repeated.
“Many of us have also been forced to reiterate sensitive information in a public setting because an agent can’t understand our responses,” said Bill Whearty, vice president, sales and marketing, CC&O, Americas, Sennheiser Electronic Corp. “This is the mark of a poor quality headset, and it’s unacceptable in an environment where the end-user’s information needs to be protected, by law or otherwise. We are now looking to target dealers and end-users in these markets, to raise awareness of how noise cancellation and audio clarity can help them better adhere to privacy standards.”
Sennheiser, based in Germany, has a portfolio of award-winning headsets, the company said.
“Superior noise cancellation, transmission quality and voice intelligibility are not luxuries in these sensitive verticals, they are an intrinsic component to keeping the end-customer’s data private and secure,” Whearty said.”

I received a wonderful email from Dr. Aaron Feingold this morning!
He writes as follows:
Judah,
“I heard this morning that the Anson Liberty Bell Menorah on display at the Regency will be featured in the White House Hanukkah blog today coinciding with the party. They did not select it for the party because the artist Manfred Anson was selected two years ago for his Statue of Liberty. I told the White House where it was on display for their blog . I will do a Menorah lecture this Sunday at the Regency.
Best,
Aaron Feingold”
You may recall a blog I did back in 2013 when Dr. Feingold had another one of his Menorah’s (housed in our beautiful “Menorah Museum” at Regency Heritage in Somerset, NJ) as the featured Menorah for the White House Hanukah celebration. I blogged it here.
We are so proud of his latest accomplishment and of our association with it.
Please join us this year for our Hanukah celebration at Regency Heritage and enjoy good food, good cheer and Dr. Feingold’s fascinating lecture.
Poster below will provide the additional details.

I’m just back to the office from a visit to Riverview Hospital in Red Bank, NJ, where we take allot of our Regency Park Post-acute Rehab patients from.
Here is what this hospital looks like at night (I took a magnificent photo of the water from their bay windows in the lobby. Take a look).

I found an oldie but a goodie!
Runs about 53 minutes with multiple family and staff interviews.
Check it out via our Regency Blog!
