Message from the Regency Founder and President

Dear Friends,
As we transition into 2014, I am proud to inform you of an important milestone for the Regency Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers!
This year marks our 25th Anniversary!

During the past quarter century, Regency has experienced exponential growth and success. What began as a single facility in Hazlet has grown into four World Class skilled nursing facilities and an adult day medical center.
We have shared many great memories together. We have grown together. We have overcome challenges and have never wavered in our deep and abiding commitment to our patients and families.
We have spared no expense in tackling evolving technologies and initiatives for growth which have consequently placed us at the forefront of our industry.
Indeed, Regency Nursing Centers has earned its place as a leader and model of excellence in the world of Senior Healthcare.
Our core philosophy and guiding principles continue to be the same as they were from the very beginning.
They are:
- Our uncompromising commitment to excellence
- Our pursuit of the most talented, dedicated and compassionate staff.
I am proud to say that here at Regency, your words, actions and thoughtfulness place resident dignity and care on display each and every day. I see it in the way you treat residents like your own family, whether they are receiving post-acute care, sub-acute care, short-term rehab or long-term care.
Your professionalism, kindness and compassion, has consistently earned us the highest 5-Star ratings for excellence from all sectors, including The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, Gannet World News and USA Today.
In fact, Valerie Fisher, District Manager from the Social Security Administration, recently said this about Regency: “Your personalized care and homelike atmosphere for your residents serves as a model in patient care.” This is high praise coming from someone who evaluates numerous skilled nursing facilities throughout the state.
At Regency we truly are the place “Where caring comes to life!” and with this continued mandate and mindset, we will surely share in another 25 years of achievements.
Finally, I want to say thank you to the wonderful Regency staff for your constant love, kindness and compassion towards everyone in our care. Regency would not be Regency without all of you!
Warm Regards,
David Gross L.N.H.A.
