Spring is in the air and summer is right around the corner!
I went out for an early morning run (11 miles) while it was still dark. The air was brisk and the hills were brutal. I’ve been running on a treadmill in the basement for these last several months and that’s probably worse than watching paint dry.
It was nice to be out again to kick off the season.
But I’m not the only one who is happy to be back out again!
Our Regency residents are equally thrilled to be outdoors again!
They will be treated to delightful concerts, barbeques and outdoor activities in any number of our beautiful and sprawling parks and outdoor spaces!
